The project includes structural load calculations for electrical supply, as well as the design of low-voltage systems (CCTV surveillance, intruder alarm, access control, security, audio, and video distribution).

All design work is carried out in Autodesk Revit using BIM technologies, ensuring precise calculation of loads, energy consumption, and seamless system integration, along with photorealistic 3D visualization and a full VR tour.
