Investment Project: Hotel Reconstruction in London

The hotel is located in the Barking area of London. The building has been fully reconstructed following a fire. Load calculations have been performed for the electrical supply and air-conditioning systems. Low-voltage systems have been designed (CCTV surveillance, intruder alarm, access control, security, audio, and video distribution). A heat-recovery ventilation system has been designed, including air exchange rate calculations. Multi-split air-conditioning systems have been implemented, featuring cassette and wall-mounted indoor units.

All design work is carried out in Autodesk Revit using BIM technologies, ensuring precise calculation of loads, energy consumption, and seamless system integration, along with photorealistic 3D visualization and a full VR tour.

At present, the ground floor houses a luxury restaurant. The building generates guaranteed income and increases in value every year. Significant capital growth has already been achieved!
